Executive Chef

Job Description:
  •     To ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule and to see that any problems that arise are rectified.
  •     To approve all prepared food items that leave his or her kitchen.
  •     To modify and create new menus as needed or requested by guests.
  •     To create a wide variety of new dishes for the kitchen.
  •     To perform administrative duties like; ordering supplies and reporting to the head of the hotel.
Requirement
  • Cognate experience and relevant qualification
